Human Synergistics Life Style Inventory (LSI) and Group Style Inventory (GSI) are highly respected development tools that offers a repeatable and dependable measure of how you think and respond to stimulus in your life.
The Human Synergistics process offers a 360-degree survey, giving great insight into how your team perceives your actions. We follow the survey with a minimum of 3 coaching sessions, taking each person through Awareness, Acceptance and into Action.
Being a repeatable process, effectiveness can be remeasured after 12 months to help the journey continue. Following LSI, Technically Leading helps your team develop a language of effectiveness that helps transform your business.
